The NFL has been hosting regular season games in London since 2007 and with three games taking place at a sold-out Wembley Stadium in 2018, we were tasked with making the 2018 NFL London Games bigger and better than ever before.
The 2018 Games were special for the UK for one main reason, London’s very own Jay Ajayi was returning as a Super Bowl winner. To maximise Ajayi’s return we created unique content with the man himself overlooking his city and even worked with the Museum of London to create a one-off exhibition celebrating the life and achievements of Ajayi. The exhibition was visited in the week of his London game by not only thousands of museum visitors but also by Ajayi himself who made the trip despite a knee injury.
Beyond Ajayi’s visit we worked closely with the NFL and the respective teams which came to London to maximise their assets including utilising a range of spokespeople from NFL athletes to nutritionists and execs to achieve record coverage numbers
