TELLING THE STORY OF HISTORY BEING MADE
When Eliud Kipchoge made history by becoming the first man to run a sub-two-hour marathon, we were tasked with delivering a social and digital strategy to ensure that fans in every corner of the world could feel as close to history as possible.
Managing day-to-day posting, content creation and wider strategy, including paid activation on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter, we helped the accounts pick up a total of 264m impressions, 27m engagements, and 850k followers across the six month campaign.
The campaign culminated in the event itself, where Eliud’s historic achievement resulted in 17 billion social impressions and our content was viewed by over 200m viewers in 200 territories across the globe.
