Andrew has worked with some of the world’s best-known brands including Microsoft, Nintendo, Xbox, Activision, DHL, Expedia, American Express and Amazon.  He provides senior level counsel and a creative approach to brand-building and has developed and activated award-winning campaigns and sports sponsorship programmes.


Gavin Megaw


Gavin specialises in strategic communications and reputation management, and has worked with some of the world’s leading sporting organisations and brands including The NFL, Augusta National, Baku 2015 and the England & Wales Cricket Board.



Leigh Ireland

Creative Director

Leigh creates and delivers multi-channel campaigns that shift perception and change behaviour.  With a background at creative agency, PrettyGreen, Leigh has worked with sports, technology and health brands including the likes of Under Armour, HTC, Lucozade Sport and Optimum Nutrition.


Dr Rosie Webster

Behaviour Change Consultant

After obtaining a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Health Psychology, Rosie went on to receive a PhD in psychology from the University of Sheffield in 2012. Since then, she has been working in the area of digital health and behaviour change. She previously worked at University College London, alongside world-leading experts in behaviour change.  Rosie is now a User Experience Researcher at digital health start-up ‘DrEd’. She continues to work with the UCL Centre for Behaviour Change, providing training in developing digital tools for behaviour change, and is part of our Change Network



Nick Meakin

Head of Sport

Nick is a marketing, sponsorship and communications professional with experience of working with an array of high profile sport sponsors, broadcasters and governing bodies including the Barclays Premier League, BT Sport, Visa, TomTom and the Football Association.



Tanya Joseph

Behaviour Change Consultant

As Sport England’s Director of Business Partnerships, Tanya Joseph was the architect of This Girl Can, the award-winning campaign credited with inspiring 2.8 million women to get active, and was named ‘Marketer of the Year’ at the 2015 Masters of Marketing Awards.  Tanya is part of our Change Network and works with us on using audience insight to create behaviour change campaigns, with a particular focus on getting more people active and taking part in sport.
